His Royal Highness the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar consent to attend and officiate the passing out parade of Police Inspector at Police Training Center (Pulapol). Also accompanied the Sultan were his consort, Her Royal Highness Raja Zarith Sofia; His Royal Highness the Tunku Mahkota (Crown Prince) of Johor, Tunku Ismail Idris ibni Sultan Ibrahim and His Highness the Tunku Temenggong of Johor, Tunku Idris Iskandar ibni Sultan Ibrahim. In the ceremony, the Sultan advice the police officers to not expect praise for any achievement gain by the police. Instead, in the fast changing society, the police must be ready to face criticism and accusation by the public. The passing out parade witness the largest number of trainee up to date, with 960 trainee cadets.

The Sultan of Johor has a reason to be proud as his fourth child, His Highness Tunku Abdul Jalil was among them and leading the passing out parade. The Prince is the first member of Johorean Royalty to receive training as a Police Inspector in Series 1/2011. According to the Prince, it has been his dream to become a police since he was a kid. His Highness Tunku Abdul Jalil is a graduate from United Kingdom in Zoologist and Conservation.

Also present in the ceremony were Home Minister, Datuk Seri Hishamuddin bin Tun Hussein; Menteri Besar of Johor, Datuk Abdul Ghani Othman; Inspector-General of Police, Tan Sri Ismail Omar; Deputy Inspector General of Police, Datuk Seri Khalid Abu Bakar, and Kuala Lumpur Chief of Police, Datuk Mohmad Saleh.
