HRH Tengku Abdullah ibni Sultan Ahmad Shah during his visits at the Faculty of Electric & Electronic Engineering in Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP)

HRH the Tengku Mahkota (Crown Prince) of Pahang, Tengku Abdullah ibni Sultan Ahmad Shah gave his consent to make a visit to the Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) at Pekan Campus in Kuala Pahang. During the visit, The Crown Prince receives a letter of appointment as the Chancellor of UMP for 5 years effectively start on 1st April 2011. Also attending the ceremony is the Vice-Chancellor of UMP, Prof Datuk Dr Daing Nasir Ibrahim. In the one hour visit, the Crown Prince has visits the phase one development area housing the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Electric & Electronic Engineering.

HRH Raja Di Hilir Perak, Raja Jaafar and HRH Raja Puan Muda of Perak, Raja Nor Mahani watering the grave of his stepmother at Kuala Kangsar Royal Mausoleum

The stepmother of HRH Raja Di-Hilir Perak, HH Che Puan Besar Wan Rafidah binti Wan Ahmad Rashidi died at a private hospital. She was 78. The body has been put to rest at the Kuala Kangsar Royal Mausoleum. Also presence to give the last respect to Che Puan Besar was HRH the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Yusof and HRH the Raja Permaisuri (Queen) of Perak, Tuanku Bainun binti Mohd Ali.

HH Che Puan Besar Wan Rafidah was the fourth wife of the former Crown Prince of Perak, Almarhum Raja Muda Musa ibni Almarhum Sultan Abd Aziz. She was also a descendant of a Malay Nobility from Long Jaafar or Tengku Menteri Ngah Ibrahim. Her marriage to Raja Muda Musa was blessed with 3 Princes and 2 Princesses. They are Raja Shahril, Raja Hatta, Raja Abd Rahman, Raja Nuraini and Raja Saridatul Deva.

According to HRH Raja Jaafar, all of his siblings are around her during her dying breath.

HRH Raja Dr Nazrin Shah bestowed the honorary medal of Darjah Datuk Pahlawan Taming Sari (DPTS) to Admiral Mohd Reza Mohd Sany

HRH the Raja Muda (Crown Prince) of Perak, Raja Dr Nazrin Shah gave his consent to bestow an honorary medal and state award in conjunction of Sultan of Perak’s Birthday Celebration. The ceremony takes place at Iskandariah Palace. In the ceremony, 315 individuals will receive the state medal and award from 900 successful recipient. Three Malaysia Royal Navy’s Admiral is among the recipient of Darjah Datuk Pahlawan Taming Sari (DPTS) which brings the honorary title ‘Datuk’.

They are Admiral Zaaim Hassan, Admiral Mohd Reza Mohd Sany and Admiral Mior Rosdi Mior Mohd Jaafar. Zaim has serves with the Malaysia Royal Navy for 30 years. Mohd Reza has served for 31 years while Mior Rosdi for 34 years.

HRH the Raja Muda (Crown Prince) of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Faizzuddin Putra Jamalullail has urges all Muslims in the nation to return to Al-Quran and As-Sunnah when there are differences of opinion. All Muslims are brothers, thus it is natural to accept the differences and at the same time does not break the brotherhood ties. The Raja Muda delivers his speech when officiate the launching ceremony of Upholding the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah Seminar, Seminar Berpegang Kepada Al-Quran dan Sunah.

Also presence at the ceremony are the Grand Imam of Masjidil Haram, Sheikh Dr. Abd Rahman Ibn Abd Aziz al-Sudais; The Menteri Besar (Chief Minister) of Perlis, Datuk Seri Dr Md Isa Sabu; and the Deputy President of Malaysian Youth Council, Datuk Irmohizam Ibrahim.

HRH the Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V ibni Sultan Ismail Petra gave his consent to officiate the Graduation Ceremony of Sekolah Menengah Sains Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra, SMSTMFP. The Graduation Ceremony in 2011 witnesses the school gains in the rank of 12th best school performance of SPM 2010. HRH Sultan Muhammad V delivers the SPM certificate to 167 students of SPM 2010.

HRH Sultan Ibrahim of Johor receives the cheque replica in the ceremony held at the Grand Palace of Johor Bahru.

HRH the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar gave his consent to receive the zakat offering by the Bank Rakyat and Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) to Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Johor, State of Johor Islamic Council (MAINJ). The ceremony was held at Istana Besar Johor Bahru. The MAINJ who is represented by HRH the Sultan of Johor receives the zakat offering about RM2,305,743 from the Bank Rakyat and RM2,222,733.87 from the TNB for the year 1431H or 2010M.

Also presences at the ceremony are the State Secretary of Johor, Datuk Abdul Rahim Ramli; the Mufti of Johor, Datuk Mohd Tahrir Samsudin and the Advisor of MAINJ, Datuk Noh Gadut.

HRH Tuanku Muhriz at the Negeri Sembilan State Assembly Building.

HRH the Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir gave his consent to proclaim the opening ceremony of Negeri Sembilan State Assembly Seating. The seating shall convent for two days starting on Monday. Also attends at the ceremony are HRH Tuanku Aishah Rohani of Negeri Sembilan; Undang Luak of Sungai Ujong, Datuk Kelana Petra bin Datuk Mubarak Dohak; Undang Luak of Jelebu, Datuk Musa bin Wahab; Undang Luak of Rembau, Datuk Muhammad Sharip bin Othman and Tunku Besar of Tampin, HSH Tunku Syed Razman bin Tunku Syed Idrus Al-Qadri.

In the ceremony, HRH Tuanku Muhriz has expressed his hope and urges the citizens, politicians and NGOs to make peace, harmony and tranquility of the state as their main objectives in their daily programs and activities.

HRH Tuanku Raja Zarith Sofia receives a tsunami relief funds during the functions at Persada Convention Center.

More than 1000 people were greeted in conjunction of Secretary Week at Persada Convention Center, Johor Bahru. The luncheon started at 12.00pm was attended by HRH Tuanku Raja Zarith Sofia of Johor. The luncheon, taking black and Gold Glamorous as its theme was entertained by Annuar Zain who sang 8 of his popular songs in the functions.

In the functions, The Deputy Executive Manager, Hospitality Division of Johor Corporation, Mohamad Mazlan Ali contribute RM25000 from the ticket collections to Tsunami Disaster Relief funds through the Red Crescent society which Tuanku Raja Zarith Sofia as its Patron.

The Yang Dipertua Negeri (Governor) of Sabah, Datuk Seri Panglima Juhar Mahiruddin received Tunship from the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (The Supreme Ruler) of Malaysia, HM Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin at the National Palace. HE Datuk Seri Juhar Mahiruddin, 57, received the Federation highest ranking award of Seri Maharaja Mangku Negara (S.M.N) that brings the title Tun. Juhar, the former Speaker of Sabah State Assembly Seating sworn in as the Governor of Sabah on 1st January 2011 replaced his predecessor, Tun Ahmadshah Abdullah.

Tun Abd Rahman Abbas receives letter of appointment from HM Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin as the Yang Dipertua Negeri for another 2 years.

The Yang Dipertua Negeri (Governor) of Pulau Pinang, HE Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas is re-appointed as the Yang Dipertua Negeri (Governor) for a new term. Abdul Rahman receives the letter of appointment from The Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia, HM Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin for two-year period in a ceremony held at a small throne chamber at the National Palace. Abdul Rahman sworn in as the seventh Yang Dipertua Negeri of Pulau Pinang on 17th April 2001 and re-appointed several times on 1st May 2005 and 15th April 2009.
