The New Royal Record

The year of 2010, it is probably a ‘Making new record’ year for most members of the royal families. First of all, in the Kembara mahkota Johor, The Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim ibni almarhum Sultan Iskandar make a new record as the first Sultan in Malaysia to ever drives a train and receive a lifetime train driving license. Second, in Kelantan, The Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad Faris Petra is the first Sultan to be proclaim when his father, the former Sultan is still alive.

The new record makes by the Sultan of Perak. HRH Sultan Azlan Shah ibni almarhum Sultan Yusuf is the first Sultan to used the ETS (Electric Train System) from Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh. The departure of the Sultan is accompanied by his consort, Raja Permaisuri Bainun, and the Mufti of Perak, Tan Sri Harussani Zakaria gets the attention from the people at Kuala Lumpur and Ipoh Train Station. They are taking this chance to see and shaking hands with the Sultan and the Queen.

Sultan Azlan only seats at ordinary seat and said that the 2 hours rides is to be very good.
